Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the eServicePro property-management platform and related services (the “Service”), operated by eServicePro Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed on a per-unit, per-month basis as described on our pricing page, subject to the applicable minimum monthly charge. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Fair Housing or anti-discrimination laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights.

Screening features are subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state law. You are responsible for obtaining applicant consent, using reports only for permissible purposes, and providing any required adverse-action notices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, except where an SLA is expressly provided in your plan. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
